  This is a great location. Unit needed a couple of maintenance items completed but apart from that (and those did not affect our stay)this is a very good place to stay. Our 3rd year in a row at this complex.

  We loved the view, it was so wonderful to hear the ocean at soothing.
  And to have breakfast on the lanai with the palms swaying on one side and the beach and ocean at front, WOW. We could see whales surfacing off shore, and leaping dolphins too, bring binoculars. Bring your own portable CD player too, this was one thing listed as being there in this condo, it wasn't. Well whatever, it was so worth it.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Villas. The location was great, generally close to restaurants, shopping center, and right across from the beach, primarily known for good snorkeling. The actual beach is not the greatest for just sunbathing as the sand is pretty rough and rocky. It was very nice to have kitchen facilities available as far as not having to eat breakfast or lunch out. The living room area was a wee bit on the small side so if you have small children they would not have much of an area to play. The bedroom is good size and having two bathrooms was great. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also very fortunate to only have rain during the night and early morning on one day. Other than that we had gorgeous warm weather in the Kailua-Kona are. We would definitey consider going back.

  Beach Villas - Alii Drive

  The round living room carpet needs maintenance really bad as it is really dirty. Everything else was spotless.
  The place is absolutely new and beautiful, but Alii Drive gives allot of traffic noise.
